Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance Amending Sections 7.08.100 and <br />1101� 7.08.150 of the Colton Municipal Code and adding Chapter 7.10 of Title 7 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code regarding Vicious Dogs, ORDINANCE NO. 0-05-02. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to waive full reading and pass first reading of <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-05-02. Unanimous vote. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />FY 2001/02 Mid -Year Financial Report <br />Approve and Adopt a Resolution Approving the FY 2001/02 Mid -Year Financial Report, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-36-02. (Continued from 3.5.02 agenda) <br />Finance Director deAlwis summarized the agenda report and requested approval of staff's <br />recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM Zamora/Chastain to approve and adopt a Resolution Approving the FY <br />2001/02 Mid -Year Financial Report, RESOLUTION NO. R-36-02. Unanimous vote. <br />Placement of Stop Signs <br />Approve and Adopt a Resolution to Authorize the Placement of Stop Signs at the Intersection of <br />Olive Street and Second Street for each Direction of Traffic Traveling along Olive Street, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-41-02. (Continued from 3.26.02 agenda) <br />City Manager Daryl Parrish summarized the agenda report and requested approval of staff's <br />recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/De La Rosa to approve and adopt a Resolution to Authorize the <br />Placement of Stop Signs at the Intersection of Olive Street and Second Street for each <br />Direction of Traffic Traveling along Olive Street, RESOLUTION NO.
