Placentia Lane, Colton, California <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider the continued public hearing from May 21, 2002, <br />an appeal from Bob Stark. <br />Mayor Bennett announced that this item would be addressed after Closed Session. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following citizens addressed the City Council: Jimmy Babacos. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Member Comments: <br />The following topics were addressed by the Members: Police Department, Memorial Day <br />Observance, Hermosa Cemetery, SANBAG, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Prop. 10, <br />Day Care Center, District 3 Tour with City Attorney, Code Enforcement, Economic Development <br />Seminar, Town Hall Meeting, Discover Colton, District 6 Clean-up, First Annual Colton High <br />School NJROTC Ball, District 1 Clean-up bins and walk through, RIX Facility Tour, Carl <br />Rimbaugh Girls Softball League, Youth Commissions, City Council Ambassadors, City Birthday <br />Celebration, $25,000 Grant approval, Canine Presentation by Stater Bros., Hunts Lane <br />Overpass. <br />BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS: <br />None. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />City Manager Daryl Parrish presented for approval Consent Calendar Items Nos. 3 through 16, <br />and request pulling Items 10 and 13. Discussion followed by the members with responses from <br />staff. <br />Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Ramos to approve Consent Calendar Items Nos. 3 through <br />16, except for Items 10 and 13.
