Vernon Corridor Public Works projects <br />funding and Construction Management Agreement by and between the City of Colton and the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, RDA RESOLUTION NO. 802 and CITY <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-62-02. <br />Motion/second by CM Chastain/Ramos to approve the agreement with the condition that any <br />changes require returning to council for amendments. Motion carried with CM De La Rosa <br />absent. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(3) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the Special Meeting of the City Council held on May 1, <br />2002 and Minutes for the Regular Meeting of the City Council held on May 7, 2002, on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(4) Warrants — Approved accounts payable warrants #49723 to #49813, dated 04/25/02, <br />totaling $352,493.48; payable warrants #49814 to #49815, dated 4/30/02, totaling <br />$115,228.92; payable warrants #49820 to #49965, dated 5/02/02, totaling $793,862.28; <br />payable warrants #49966 to #50073, dated 5/9/02, totaling $648,475.16, payable <br />warrants #50074 to #50326, dated 05/16/02, totaling $1,056,108.26, as recommended <br />by the Finance Director, on file in the Finance Department. <br />(5) Community Service Officer — Approved and adopted a Resolution to ratify position in <br />accepting funds from the Colton Unified School District and accept the terms of the <br />contract with the Colton Joint Unified School District, RESOLUTION NO. R-57-02. <br />(6) Claims — Approved denial of claims against the City of Colton submitted by Carrie Baca <br />and Ryan Ethridge. <br />(7) Change Order — Approved change order to PO #51886 - McGladrey & Pullen LLP in the <br />amount of $10,000 for additional audit services performed in Fiscal -Year 2000/01. <br />(8) Award of Contract — Approved piggyback onto the City of Corona contract with <br />Protection Services Industries, L.P., for the purchase and installation of the access <br />control and photo badging system in the amount of $24,092.05. <br />(9) Agreement/CDBG - Approved a three-year cooperation agreement with the County of <br />San Bernardino, and approve and adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to the three <br />year cooperation agreement for Fiscal Years 2003-04, 2004-05, and 2005-06, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-58-02. <br />(10) Employment Agreement — Approved the City Manager Employment Agreement. <br />SEPARATE VOTE <br />(11) Permit/Fleming Park — Approved request to use Fleming Park & Band Shell on Sunday <br />Evenings beginning July 13, 2002 to August 25, 2002 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, for the <br />Annual Summer Concert Series. <br />2002 JUNE 04 CC/RDA/CUA REG MTG MINS 4 <br />
