(12) LLMD — Approved and adopted resolutions initiating proceedings for the Colton <br />Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 (LLMD No. 1) for Fiscal Year 2002- <br />03, and setting June 18, 2002 as the public hearing date to determine any protests, <br />RESOLUTION NOS. R-59-02, R-60-02, and R-61-02. <br />(13) RDA/Construction Management Agreement - Approved and adopted a RDA Resolution <br />and City Resolution approving the Mt. Vernon Corridor Public Works projects funding <br />and Construction Management Agreement by and between the City of Colton and the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, RDA RESOLUTION NO. 802 and CITY <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-62-02. <br />SEPARATE VOTE <br />(14) RDA/Amendment to Santa Ana River Agreement — Approved and adopted a RDA <br />Resolution and a City Resolution approving amendment No. 1 to the Santa Ana River <br />Public Works projects funding and Construction Management Agreement by and <br />between the City of Colton and the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton and <br />authorize the Executive Director/City Manager to relieve the existing fiscal agent and to <br />execute an escrow agreement with Union Bank to Serve as the fiscal agent, RDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 801 and CITY RESOLUTION NO. R-63-02. <br />(15) CUA/Personnel/Water — Approved request for recruitment and ratification of employee <br />appointment to the full time position of Senior Utilities Financial Analyst in the Water and <br />Wastewater Department. <br />(16) CUA/Emergency Repairs to Well 16 and Well 23 — Approved and adopted a resolution <br />declaring an emergency condition exists within the City that requires immediate action to <br />ensure the reliable delivery of a pure, wholesome and potable water supply; and, ratify <br />the actions of the City Manager, pursuant to Section 22050 of the Public Contract Code, <br />to execute a contract with So Cal Pump & Well Drilling, Inc., for emergency repairs and <br />services in an amount not -to -exceed $40,054.09, RESOLUTION NO. R-64-02. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />City Manager announced that Council would Adjourn to an Adjourned Regular Meeting to <br />Monday, June 10th and Tuesday, June 11th, for a Strategic Business Ethics Workshop. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />the items C to F below: <br />A.
