Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />NOVEMBER 5, 2002. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Recognition - September 11th Event Participants <br />Mayor Bennett, CM De La Rosa and CM Hernandez presented the Certificates of Appreciation. <br />Department Heads for each division recognized accepted the awards. <br />• Proclamation - Veteran's Day <br />CM Ramos presented a Proclamation for Veterans Day, November 11, 2002 to honor our <br />American Veterans.
