PUBLIC HEARING: <br />Fire Code <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider adopting by reference, 2001 edition of the <br />California Fire Code, the 2000 edition of the Uniform Fire Code, and the 2000 edition of the <br />Uniform Fire Code standards and certain amendments, additions and deletions thereto. Waive <br />Full Reading and Pass Second reading of ORDINANCE NO. 0-14-02. <br />Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open". <br />City Clerk Barrera said the Affidavit of Publication calling the Public Hearing was on file in the <br />City Clerk's Office and stated that no protests or objections were received. <br />Mayor declared the Public Hearing Open. <br />Fire Marshal Alan Sork presented for consideration and approval of staff's recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/CM Hernandez to terminate the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/CM Zamora to waive full reading and pass second reading <br />and approve and adopt ORDINANCE NO. 0-14-02. Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCES: <br />Second Readings <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance Authorizing an <br />Amendment to the Contract Between the City Council of the City of Colton and the Board of <br />Administration of the California Public Employees' Retirement System (2.7% @ 55 <br />Miscellaneous Employees), ORDINANCE NO. 0-15-02. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/CM Ramos to waive full reading and pass second reading <br />and approve and adopt ORDINANCE NO. 0-14-02.
