Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />SEPTEMBER 3. 2002. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />D Presentation - Tiger Rescue <br />CM Hernandez presented the owner of Tiger Rescue, John and Marla Weinhart <br />who brought kittens, "Max' and "Shadow". <br />D Presentation & Proclamation - National DECA Week (Colton High School) <br />CM Zamora presented a Proclamation to Nathan, the DECA Chapter President for Colton High <br />School along with DECA Advisor Mrs. Peterson and DECA members, in honor of their <br />distinguished service to the youth of the community. <br />
