None Disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />None <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />(1) Weed Abatement: <br />This was the time and place fixed to adopt a report and statement of expenses for the City's <br />Weed Abatement Program and to consider imposing a lien upon the property for payment <br />thereof. <br />Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open". <br />
