Appeal — Bob Stark — 3779 W. Placentia Lane, Colton, California <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider the continued public hearing from May 21, 2002, <br />an appeal from Bob Stark. <br />Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open." <br />City Clerk Barrera declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no <br />protests or objections were received. <br />City Attorney Derleth summarized the staff report and requested continuance to June 4, 2002. <br />City Attorney Derleth assured Council this would be the last continuance allowed. <br />Motion/second by CM Hernandez/Ramos to continue this matter to June 4, 2002, with no <br />objection to the motion. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />Response to Public Comment of April 16, 2002 City Council Meeting.
