CM Ramos presented a Proclamation in honor of American Red Cross Month and it will be <br />displayed in the Council Offices. <br />Agenda Review <br />City Attorney Dean Derleth announced that there were two (2) late breaking items which need to <br />be added to the Closed Session Agenda and explained how the items meet the criteria to add <br />as emergency items: the item to be known as Item D. (1) needs direction prior to the next <br />Regular Meeting; and (2) the information was received on Friday following the posting of the <br />Agenda; and the item to be known as Item E. (1) requires direction from staff prior to the next <br />Regular Meeting; <br />D. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />Case Name: Colton Non -Profit et al. v. Turner Construction Company, et al. <br />Case Number: San Bernardino County Superior Court Case No. SCV 55024 <br />Motion/second by CM Zamora/Ramos to add Item D. to the Closed Session Agenda. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />E. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Al Holliman <br />Employee Organizations: Colton Police Officers Association and Fire <br />Subject: Public Safety Tax; Consultant Costs <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/Hernandez to add Item E. to the Closed Session Agenda. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />City Attorney Dean Derleth announced that the Council Members would meet in Closed Session <br />to discuss Items B. and D. as listed below: <br />B. LIABILITY CLAIMS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section GC 54956.95(b) <br />Claimant: Kenneth S. Schiller (deceased) <br />Agency Claimed Against: City of Colton <br />D.
