Barrera, City Clerk <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF JANUARY <br />21, 2003. <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Kelly Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items <br />that were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Presentation - CM DeLaRosa read and presented to retired employee Larry Morris of <br />the Public Services Department for his 36 years of service. <br />Presentation - Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain read and presented to Randy Huesterburg <br />Certificate of Recognition from City of Chino; and Certificate of Recognition for 31 years <br />of service to City of Colton.
