No <br />opposition to the motion. <br />CM Zamora recommended that Intergovernmental Agency Assignments alternate every two (2) <br />years and at the end of the two (2) years, the alternate would be the main member. <br />City Attorney Dean Derleth recommended that the City Manager develop a policy and return it <br />for Council approval at the first meeting in February. <br />Motion/second by CM Hernandez/CM Chastain to approve the Intergovernmental Agency <br />Assignments.
