PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />LLMD NO. 1 <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider opening the public hearing and accept testimony; <br />close the public hearing, accept the final engineer's report; adopt the resolution ordering the <br />levy and collection of assessments for the City of Colton 2003/2004 Landscape and Lighting <br />Maintenance District No. 1. <br />Mayor declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Barrera declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no <br />protests or objections were received. <br />Mayor Bennett announced this matter to be continued to July 22, 2003. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/De La Rosa to continue public hearing to July 22, 2003. Motion <br />carried with CM Hernandez absent. <br />CUA/Storm water Manaaement <br />This was the time and place fixed for a public hearing to consider a resolution amending the <br />basic fee for storm water management and the storm water management fee as set by the <br />Colton Municipal Code, Chapter 14.01. <br />Mayor declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Barrera declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no <br />protests or objections were received. <br />There was no opposition by the Councilmembers present to the request by City Manager <br />Parrish to bring forward Item F from the Closed Session Agenda before continuing the Public <br />Hearing. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />2003 JULY 15 CC/RDA/CUA 2 <br />
