The following citizens addressed the Council: Frank Gonzales, Fred Cordova, Marco Tovar, <br />Raymond Roa, and Joe Lopez. <br />RDA Manager Candace Cassel responded to some of the concerns expressed by citizens <br />regarding the Proposed La Cadena Corridor Project and eminent domain. R-42-03. <br />Human Resources Manager Delgado informed Council to consider approval of (1) additional <br />positions to the report; (2) another window period; (3) add the position of Library Branch <br />Manager, and the announcement of the actual charge and cost as listed in the amended <br />agenda report. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/Hernandez to approve Consent Calendar Items 6 to 20, with <br />changes to Item 18 as presented by Human Resources Manager and Items 12 and 19 pulled <br />for separate vote.
