Proclamation - Holocaust Remembrance Day CM Hernandez presented a Proclamation in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Days and it will be mailed to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC. Proclamation - Records & Information Management Month CM DeLaRosa presented a Proclamation to City Clerk Barrera in honor of Records & Information Management Month. Proclamation - National Library Week CM Zamora presented a Proclamation to Literacy Coordinator Ruth Martinez in honor of National Library Week. Proclamation - Support Our Troops CM Hernandez presented a Proclamation to be displayed on the Human Resources Department Bulletin Board in honor of Supporting Our Troops. Presentation - Colton Palms Litigation Update Redevelopment Agency Manager Candace Cassel gave a brief synopsis on the background of the 1997construction defects, litigation against the Architect and the construction contractor which was initiated in 1999. CM Zamora stated that in the matter of Colton Non -Profit, et. Al v. Turner Construction Company, et. Al, Colton Non -Profit and the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton have executed a settlement agreement and the agreement is available for public review at the Agency's office. CM Zamora also thanked Howard Gold from BB&K, Redevelopment Agency Manager Cassell, Assistant City Manager Al Holliman, City Manager Daryl Parrish, Councilmembers and all staff who assisted in the process. CM DeLaRosa thanked everyone who were at the meeting to accept their Proclamations. PUBLIC HEARING: CDBG (1) This was the time and place fixed to consider the re -programming of $146,314.84 of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds from the Colton Contingency Account to two (2) CDBG eligible projects. The Mayor declares the Public Hearing "Open".
