ORDINANCE NO. 0-03-03. City Manager Daryl Parrish presented a brief synopsis of the Ordinance. Discussion and motion/second by CM Hernandez/Zamora to waive full reading and pass first reading of Ordinance No. 0-03-03. Unanimous vote. (2) Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance Amending Section 2.18.010 of Municipal Code Permitting Natural Gas Purchases and Sales by the Electric Utility Director, ORDINANCE NO. 0-04-03. City Manger Parrish presented an overview of the Ordinance and requested a monthly report to track the rates of the gas purchases. Motion/second by CM DeLaRosa/Hernandez to waive full reading and pass first reading of Ordinance No. 0-04-03. Unanimous vote. (3) Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance Authorizing an Amendment to the Contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration of the Public Employees' Retirement System; and Approve and Adopt a Proposed Resolution of Intention to Approve an Amendment to the Contract between the Board of Administration of the Public Employees' Retirement System and the City Council, ORDINANCE NO. 0- 05-03 and RESOLUTION NO.
