Human Resources Manger Teresa Delgado presented for Council consideration and approval. CM DeLaRosa asked if CALPERS offers a Golden Handshake. Human Resources Manager Delgado stated no and the contract that presently exists needs to be amended to allow the City of Colton to afford the Golden Handshake. Motion/second by CM DeLaRosa/Chastain to waive full reading and pass first reading of Ordinance 0-05-03 and approve and adopt Resolution No. R-26-03. Unanimous vote. Second Reading: (4) Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Colton Municipal Code Pertaining to CFD Commission Powers and Duties by Including Responsibility for the City's Landscape Lighting & Maintenance Districts, ORDINANCE NO. 0-02-03.
