Frontage on said alley shall not be construed <br />as satisfying the requirements of this chapter related to front- <br />age on a dedicated street. <br />Animal Boarding - Board services for dogs, cats and similar <br />small animals as well as horses. Typical uses include kennels, <br />pet motels, dog training centers and stables. <br />Animal Grooming - Grooming of dogs, cats and similar small <br />animals. Typical uses include dog bathing and clipping salons <br />or pet grooming shops, but excludes animal boarding. <br />Animal Health Care - Veterinary services for animals. <br />Typical uses include pet clinics, dog and cat hospitals or animal <br />hospitals. <br />Animal Keeping (Heavy) - Premises where animals are kept <br />and fed as a business. <br />Animal Keeping (Light) - Premises where animals are fed or <br />kept for personal use, for 4-H or other agricultural organization <br />projects by the owner or occupant of the premises, as limited by <br />Title 7 of this Code. <br />Apartment - A room or suite of two (2) or more rooms in a <br />multiple dwelling structure, occupied or suitable for occupancy <br />as a residence for one (1) family. <br />Apartment, Bachelor - A dwelling unit in an apartment that <br />combines sleeping, living, cooking and dining facilities into one <br />(1) habitable room. Light housekeeping room means the same <br />Bachelor Apartment. <br />Apartment, Efficiency A dwelling unit in an apartment <br />house that combines sleeping, living, cooking and dining facilities <br />into two (2) habitable rooms, one (1) of which shall be a kitchen. <br />Single Apartment and Efficiency Living Unit shall mean the same <br />as Efficiency Apartment. <br />Apartment House - A building designed and used for occupancy <br />by three (3) or more families, all living independently of each <br />other. <br />Apartment, One Bedroom - A dwelling unit in an apartment <br />house that contains three (3) habitable rooms, one (1) of which <br />shall be a kitchen. <br />-4- <br />
