In the event.of an appeal as provided above, the <br />action of the Commission in the matter shall forthwith be void <br />and of no force or effect. Thereafter the powers and duties of <br />the Commission shall be exercised by the Council." <br />(4) Section 18.32.030.F.1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The Text Amendment herein above stated is hereby <br />approved. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force <br />and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton <br />Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1981. <br />FRANK A.
