This Ordinance shall be known as the "Uniform <br />Wiring Ordinance", <br />SECTION 2. Those certain rules and regulations which provide <br />for electrical installations and which apply to all wiring and equipment in- <br />stalled, used, maintained, rented, leased, offered for sale or distributed <br />for use, as set forth in those certain codes entitled UNIFORM WIRING CODE (1775 <br />Edition) as promulgated by the Southern California Chapter of the International <br />Association of Electrical Inspectors and NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE (1981 Edition) <br />as promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association are hereby adopted <br />as rules and regulations and codes of the City of Colton. Three copies of <br />each of the aforementioned codes are on file in the office of the City Clerk of <br />said City and are identified by Certificates attached thereto, reading sub- <br />stantially as follows: <br />"I, Helen A. Ramos, hereby certify that three (3) copies of the <br />annexed codes entitled UNIFORM WIRING CODE (1975 Edition) as amended, and <br />NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE (1981 Edition) are true, correct and complete copies <br />of that certain code referred to in Ordinance No. of the City of Colton, <br />and by said Ordinance adopted by reference and made a part thereof as fully as <br />though set forth at length. <br />HELEN A.
