The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on a Text Amend- <br />ment to Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code and Ordinance No. <br />1'602. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed Text Amendment. <br />3. That said Text Amendment and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown is as follows: <br />18.1.2.01_0 Designation of Land Use Zones.
