1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 1 <br />14' <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-8-86 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR THE COOLEY RANCH, PROJECT NO. 4 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton (this <br />"City Council") has approved and adopted the Redevelopment Plan <br />for the Cooley Ranch, Project No. 4 (the "Redevelopment Plan") <br />pursuant to Ordinance 1478 adopted by the Mayor and City Council <br />of the City of Colton on July 29, 1975; and <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />Colton (the "Agency") pursuant thereto has filed the appropriate <br />documents pursuant to Section 33375 of the Health and Safety <br />Code and Section 54900 et sec.., of the Government Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the base year for taxes allocated to the <br />Agency pursuant to Section 33670 of the Health and Safety Code <br />is the 1975-76 tax year and such tax allocation monies have been <br />(remitted by the County of San Bernardino (the "County") and <br />received by the Agency under the Community Redevelopment Law of <br />the State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agency, staff and City Council, prior to <br />and at the time of adoption of the Redevelopment Plan, intended <br />that the Redevelopment Plan be sufficient authority for the <br />allocation of taxes pursuant to Section 33670 of the Health and <br />Safety Code, but that the Agency be precluded from issuing tax <br />allocation bonds (as defined in Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Redevelopment Plan) payable from tax allocation revenues <br />pursuant to Section 33641(c) of the Health and Safety Code and <br />-1- <br />
