OF <br />COLTON REGULATING THE <br />CONSTRUCTION, ERECTION, USE, <br />HEIGHT, AND MAINTENANCE OF <br />FENCES IN THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER <br />1305. <br />The City Council does ordain as follows: <br />SECTION I. DEFINITIONS <br />The meaning of terms set forth herein shall have the meaning <br />as defined in the Zoning Ordinance. <br />SECTION II. FENCE CLASSIFICATION <br />All fences and walls in the City of Colton, whether <br />constructed or of natural growth, shall be classified as <br />follows: <br />(a) Class I <br />Masonry, cement, or similar type material. <br />(b) Class 2 <br />Ornamental iron or similar type material. <br />-1- <br />
