HEIGHT AND LOCATION <br />(a) No fence or wall in excess of three feet in height shall <br />be permitted in the front yard setback area or the side <br />yard of a corner lot adjacent to a key lot of any <br />residential property except as provided herein. Fences <br />of Class 3 shall be permitted in said front yard <br />providing such fence shall not exceed 5 feet in height <br />and the openings shall not be obscured in anyway nor <br />designed in anyway to interfere with pedestrian or auto <br />driver view. <br />-2- <br />
