Fences and walls in a buildable area may exceed six <br />feet. <br />2. Fences and walls protecting storage .,.yards or a <br />legal business or of a public utility yard may <br />exceed six feet. <br />(c) No Class 3 fence constructed of chicken wire or similar <br />thin wire of less than 20 gauge shall be permitted. <br />(d) No fence shall be permitted in the public right-of-way. <br />(e) No wall or fence shall be permitted where said wall or <br />fence will impede the City Electric Department Meter <br />Reader to physically reach the meter and be able to read <br />it from a straight forward position within six (6) <br />inches from the meter face. <br />-3- <br />
