MAINTENANCE <br />(a) All fences shall be kept in a state of repair so as not <br />to be hazardous or dangerous and those used to protect <br />the general public shall be maintained so as to be <br />sufficient and adequate for that purpose. All fences <br />shall be neatly maintained so as not to be unsightly. <br />-5- <br />
