ENFORCEMENT <br />(a) The Community <br />Development <br />Department <br />is specifically <br />charged with the <br />enforcement <br />of the provisions <br />hereof. <br />(b) Any person erecting or constructing any wall higher than <br />4 feet within the City of Colton shall obtain a permit <br />from the City Community Development Department prior to <br />said construction or erection. The fee for such permit <br />shall be as fixed by Resolution of the City Council. <br />(c) All concrete block walls over 4 feet high shall be built <br />per City Standards or of approved design to be approved <br />and submitted by a California State Registered Engineer <br />or Architect. <br />(d) Variances from the criteria enumerated in this ordinance <br />may be granted as prescribed in the City's Zoning <br />Ordinance for minor variances. <br />-6- <br />
