Chapter 3.28 of Title 3 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding a new Section <br />3.28.136 to read as follows: <br />"3.28.136 Credit Against Payment of Taxes. <br />Any retailer or consumer subject to a sales <br />and use tax under this chapter shall be <br />granted a credit against the payment of tax <br />owed under this chapter in the amount of sales <br />or use tax paid, if any, to the Redevelopment <br />Agency for the City of Colton pursuant to the <br />American R.V. Expo of Colton Redevelopment <br />Project Sales and Use Tax Ordinance as enacted <br />by the Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />Colton Ordinance No. 0-1-88 ." <br />SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the <br />passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be <br />published once in a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published in the County of San Bernardino and <br />circulated in the City of Colton, such publication to be <br />
