Publish a summary of this Ordinance in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in <br />the County of San Bernardino and circulated in the City of <br />Colton, and post a certified copy of the full text of this <br />Ordinance in the office of the City Clerk, at least five (5) <br />days prior to the City Council meeting at which the <br />Ordinance is to be adopted; and <br />B.
