That a Public Hearinq has been dulv and legally held by the <br />Planninq Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District <br />Amendment application to amend Section 18.12 of Ordinance <br />1602, as amended. <br />B. That said Planninq Commission has recommended the adoption of <br />the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of <br />certain parcel (Assessor's Parcel Number 164-052-11) of land <br />in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />C. That said zone reclassification consists of a Zone Chanqe from <br />R-3 (Multi Familv Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial), <br />for approximately 11,100 square feet of parcel 11, as shown in <br />Exhibit "A." <br />D. That the Conditions of Approval listed herein shall be <br />strictly adhered to. <br />1. The applicant shall meet and complv with all requirements <br />of all reviewing aqencies. <br />2. All siqns shall be approved by the Communitv Development <br />Department Director as to color, shape, size, height, <br />movement, etc. <br />
