Holding Meetings. The Commission shall require <br />such registration of mobile home parks as the Commission <br />may deem necessary to enable it to carry out its duties. <br />6. Conduct Studies and Investigations. The <br />Commission shall have the power to make such studies, <br />surveys, and investigations, conduct such hearings, and <br />obtain such information as is necessary to carry out <br />its powers and duties. <br />7. Require Registration. The Commission shall <br />require such registration of Mobile Home Parks as the <br />Commission may deem necessary to enable it to carry out <br />its duties. <br />8. Approve Rent Increases. The Commission may <br />approve such adjustments in rent ceilings as provided <br />for in this Chapter. <br />9. Evaluation. The Commission shall render at least <br />semi—annually a comprehensive written report to the City <br />Council concerning the Commission's activities, <br />holdings, actions, results of hearings, and all other <br />matters pertinent to this Chapter. <br />10. Related Duties. The Commission shall undertake <br />such other related duties as may be assigned by the City <br />Council. <br />I. Compensation — Each member of the Commission shall <br />11 <br />
