General Rent Increases <br />1. Rents may be adjusted once each calender year by the <br />owner without notice to the Commission. <br />2. This general rent increase may be made only following <br />the passage of twelve (12) months since the last previous <br />rent increase, whether such rent increase was a general <br />increase or an individual increase granted pursuant to <br />petition. <br />3. The maximum increases allowed the owner in connection <br />with general rent adjustments permitted by this Chapter <br />shall be an amount equal to sixty (60%) percent of the <br />percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for the last <br />reported calendar year prior to the year in which the rental <br />increase is to go into effect multiplied by the current <br />maximum allowable rent, except as set forth in Section 4 <br />below. <br />4. The maximum increase allowed the owner in connection <br />with the general rent adjustments permitted by this Chapter <br />in the 1989 Calendar year shall be an amount equal to one <br />hundred (100%) percent of the percentage change in the <br />Consumer Price Index for calendar year. 1987 multiplied by <br />the current maximum allowable rent. <br />B.
