It contributes to the historical or scenic heritage or historical or scenic Properties <br />10 of the City (to include, but not limited to, Landscaping, light standards, trees, <br />I Curbing, and Signs); <br />12 As a rare remaining example of an early residence in Agua Mansa, the subject property <br />13 contributes to the historical heritage of the City. However, this criterion as written is <br />14 presumed to apply more directly to designed and vernacular landscape features, rather <br />15 than the built environment. As a result, the Peter Peters House does not appear eligible <br />16 under Local Criterion 10. <br />17 11. It is located within a Historic District, being a geographically definable area <br />18 possessing a concentration of historic or scenic Properties which contribute to each <br />19 other and are unified aesthetically by plan or physical Development. <br />20 The Peter Peters House is located within the Agua Mansa Historic District as defined and <br />21 designated by the City of Colton. Furthermore, the property is historically significant on <br />22 an individual level, and retains sufficient integrity to convey its significance; as a result, it <br />is a contributor to the historic district. The subject property is eligible under Local <br />23 Criterion 11. <br />24 <br />25 SECTION 2.
