EXHIBIT "A" <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />SEWER SERVICE CHARGES <br />A. RESIDENTIAL USERS <br />1. ALL USERS EXCEPT SENIOR CITIZENS (APPLICABLE FOR HOMES, <br />MOBILE HOMES, CONDOMINIUMS, APARTMENTS, CHURCHES, AND <br />SCHOOLS) <br />PER RESIDENTIAL <br />DWELLING UNIT <br />EFFECTIVE DATE S/MONTH <br />June 1989 8.25; <br />a) Each church shall pay a monthly charge equal to the <br />monthly charge for one residential dwelling unit. <br />b) Each school shall pay a monthly charge based on <br />attendance for the past twelve months. The monthly <br />charge shall be equal to the monthly charge per <br />residential dwelling unit for each one hundred (100) <br />average daily attendance, or part thereof. <br />2. SENIOR CITIZENS (APPLICABLE FOR HOMES, MOBILE HOMES, <br />CONDOMINIUMS, AND APARTMENTS) <br />PER RESIDENTIAL <br />DWELLING UNIT <br />EFFECTIVE DATE SIHONTH <br />June 1989 6.80 <br />In order to qualify for this sewer service charge, the user must: <br />a) be 65 years or older; <br />b) live alone or with only one other person; <br />C) be able to show average daily residential wastewater <br />flows of approximately 150 gallons/day. The City will <br />verify average daily residential wastewater flow by <br />reviewing water use during winter months. <br />d) submit an application to the City Finance Department. <br />Applications will be accepted during April of each <br />year; <br />B. COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USERS (APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS NOT <br />COVERED BY PARAGRAPH A. ABOVE) <br />$/CCF OF <br />MONTHLY WATER <br />EFFECTIVE DATE USE <br />June 1989 0.39 <br />The minimum monthly charge shall be equal to that for one <br />residential dwelling unit. <br />
