Applications will be accepted during <br />April of each year; <br />COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USERS (APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS NOT <br />COVERED BY PARAGRAPH A ABOVE) <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />June 1989 <br />$/CCF OF <br />MONTHLY WATER <br />USE <br />0.39 <br />The minimum monthly charge shall be equal to that for one <br />residential dwelling unit." <br />Section 2.
