Section 6.16.240 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />6.16.240 - Authority to fix monthly charges for <br />disposal service and collection, including non-residential <br />collection, shall be fixed from time to time by Ordinance <br />of the City Council. Monthly charges established by City <br />Ordinance shall be a civil debt awing to the City by the <br />owner and any occupant or user of the premises receiving <br />25 service. <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 follows: <br />SECTION 2.
