The charge for solid waste collection for <br />residential collection is hereby set at $9.98 per month <br />referenced to Exhibit "A" attached. <br />2. The charge for solid waste collection for <br />commercial and industrial collection is hereby set per the <br />attached exhibit "B". <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force <br />and shall take effect as provided by law. <br />SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the <br />adoption of this Ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, <br />to be published once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper <br />of general circulation, printed and published in the City. <br />
