NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council <br />of the City of Colton as follows: <br />Section 1. No subdivision map, parcel map, <br />conditional use permit, variance, precise plan of design, or <br />building permit shall be approved or issued by the City <br />during the life of this ordiance for any residential <br />development within Planned Community Overlay zone areas. <br />Section 2. The Mayor shall sign and the City Clerk <br />shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance, <br />and shall cause the same to be published and posted pursuant <br />to the provisions of law in that regard, and this ordinance <br />shall take effect immediately, and shall be in effect for a <br />period of 45 days. <br />ADOPTED, SIGNED and APPROVED this 18th day of July, <br />Mayor of the Kt Colton <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />-3- <br />
