That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Colton, on one Zone <br />District Amendment application to amend Section 18.12 of <br />Ordinance 1602, as amended. <br />B. That said proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of <br />certain parcel (Assessor's Parcel Number 282-322-32) of land <br />is in accordance with and pursuant to procedures established <br />by Ordinance. <br />That said zone reclassification consists of a Zone Change from <br />RE to R-1 residential. development of 03+ acres of vacant land. <br />�. That the Conditions of Approval listed in the staff report to <br />the Planning Commission (EXIBIT "A") shall be strictly adhered <br />to. <br />That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced on the <br />maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />.1 <br />
