The proposed lots are somewhat larger that the adjacent <br />lots to the south. <br />2. The setback from Reche Canyon Road is much deeper (an <br />average of ten feet greater) than the adjacent <br />development. <br />3. Staff and a Reche Canyon Committee appointed by the <br />Council, have been meeting on a monthly basis providing <br />input and guidance for the consultant preparing the <br />Specific Plan. <br />4. The Specific Plan allows this development. <br />5. During the Reche Canyon Community Meeting in shich the <br />Council Chambers was filled with over 70 people, the same <br />land use plan was reviewed and endorsed by the Reche <br />Canyon community. <br />.2 <br />
