"Current Year" means the last calendar year or fiscal <br />year. Upon a showing of good cause, a hearing officer may <br />permit the use of a different 12 month period for the current <br />year. <br />F. "Hearing Officer" means a person or persons designated <br />by the Commission to condut-t hearings, where necessary, pursuant <br />to the terms of this Chapter and any and all rules and regula- <br />tions adopted pursuant thereto. The Commission shall only desig- <br />nate as a hearing officer a person or persons who have experi- <br />ence and/or training as professional mediators, hearing <br />officers, arbitrators, or judges. <br />G. "Housing Services" means those services provided to <br />tenants by mobilehome park owners associated with the use or <br />occupancy of a mobile home park space, including but not limited <br />to repairs, insurance, maintenance, replacement, painting, <br />light, heat, water, laundry facilities and privileges, refuse <br />removal, parking, recreation facilities, security services, and <br />any other benefits, privileges or facilities included in any <br />rental agreement or lease. <br />H. "Mobile Home" means a structure designed for human <br />habitation and for being moved on a street or highway under <br />permit pursuant to Section 35790 of the Vehicle Code. Mobile <br />home does not include a "recreational vehicle" as defined in <br />(Section 799.24 of the Civil Code or a "commercial coach" as <br />defined in Section 18218 of the Health and Safety Code. <br />I. "Mobile Home Owner or Resident" means any person <br />lientitled to occupy a mobile home dwelling unit pursuant to <br />-3- <br />
