Hearing Officer - A person or persons designated by the <br />Commission to conduct hearings, where necessary, pursuant to the <br />terms of this Chapter and any and all rules and regulations <br />adopted pursuant thereto. Mobile home does not <br />include a recreational vehicle, as defined in Section 799.24 of <br />the Civil Code or a commercial coach as defined in Section 18218 <br />of the Health and Safety Code. <br />G. Mobile Home Owner or Resident - Any person entitled to <br />occupy a mobile home dwelling unit pursuant to ownership thereof <br />or a rental or lease agreement with the owner thereof. <br />H. Mobile Home Park or Park - An area of land where two or <br />more mobile homes sites are rented, or held out for rent, or <br />-3- <br />
