Hearing Officer - A person or persons designated by the <br />Commission to conduct hearings, where necessary, pursuant to the <br />terms of this Chapter and any and all rules and regulations <br />adopted pursuant thereto. The Commission shall only designate as <br />a hearing officer a person or persons who have experience and/or <br />training as professional mediators, hearing officers, <br />arbitrators, or judges. <br />E. Housing Services - Those services provided and <br />associated with the use or occupancy of a mobile home park <br />space, including but not limited to repairs, insurance, <br />maintenance, replacement, painting, light, heat, water, laundry <br />facilities and privileges, refuse removal, parking, recreation <br />ifacilities, security services, and any other benefits, <br />privileges or facilities included in any rental agreement or <br />lease. <br />F. Mobile Home - A structure designed for human habitation <br />and for being moved on a street or highway under permit pursuant <br />to Section 35790 of the Vehicle Code. Mobile home does not <br />include a recreational vehicle, as defined in Section 799.24 of <br />the Civil Code or a commercial coach as defined in Section 18218 <br />of the Health and Safety Code. <br />G. Mobile Home Owner or Resident - Any person entitled to <br />occupy a mobile home dwelling unit pursuant to ownership thereof <br />or a rental or lease agreement with the owner thereof. <br />H. Mobile Home Park or Park - An area of land where two or <br />more mobile homes sites are rented, or held out for rent, or <br />-3- <br />
