That said Bond will be refunded if a final <br />6 inspection is requested within 180 days of the previous progress <br />7 inspection or within 1.80 days of permit issuance.1 whichever is <br />8 later. <br />9 5. That staff is presenting to City Council a <br />10 Resolution setting the appropriate fee for the following service; <br />11 Building Permit Contractor Performance Bond <br />12 SECTION 2. The fees herein above stated are hereby <br />13 established to be set by Resolution. <br />14 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and <br />15 effective thirty (301 days after final passage. <br />16 SECTION 4.
