Purpose. The purpose of this Ordinance is <br />to provide standards and procedures for the abatement of weeds <br />and refuse by the County of San Bernardino within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Colton. <br />SECTION 2. Adoption of County refuse amendment code, <br />Chapter 3, of Division 3 of Title 2 of the San Bernardino County <br />Code, providing regulations and procedures for weed and refuse <br />abatement as amended by the County as of February 28, 1978, and <br />of which three copies are on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, is hereby adopted by reference, subject to the additions, <br />deletions, and amendments set forth below. <br />SECTION 3. Definition of Terms. <br />(a) Whenever the term "County" or "County of San <br />Bernardino" is named or referred to, the term "City" <br />or "City of Colton" shall be substituted therefore <br />unless the content makes such construction <br />inconsistent with the refuse abatement procedures of <br />this Ordinance. <br />(b) Whenever the term "Board of Supervisors" is used, <br />the term "City Council, City of Colton" shall be <br />substituted. <br />(c) Whenever the term "Agency" is used it shall mean <br />
