Amendments to the San Bernardino County <br />Code, Chapter 3 of Division 3 of Title 2. Said refuse abatement <br />(code is hereby amended and changed in the following respects: <br />(a) Whenever said code specifies county areas this <br />shall include the incorporated areas within the City <br />limits of the City of Colton. <br />(b) Section 23.031 A (hazardous trees in the San <br />Bernardino National Forest). This section is deleted <br />in its entirely. <br />(c) Section 23.033 (notice to remove). The following <br />statement shall be added to the "Notice to remove", <br />"this weed abatement program is conducted by the <br />County of San Bernardino on behalf of the City of <br />Colton pursuant to Ordinance No.0-5-89 of the City of <br />Colton." <br />(d) Section 23.0313 (officials not authorized to <br />enforce this chapter). This section shall be deleted <br />in its entirely. <br />SECTION 5. Validity. If any section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason <br />held to be invalid, such holding or holdings shall not affect <br />
