23.033 "Notice to Remove." <br />It shall be the duty of the County Fire Warden or any of his <br />deputies, whenever such officer deems it necessary to enforce the duty <br />set forth in Section 23.031 hereof, to issue a "Notice to Remove" by <br />any or all of the following methods: <br />(a) Mail to the owner as shown on the tax rolls; <br />(b) By personal service; <br />(c) By posting the property. <br />The form "Notice to Remove" shall be substantially in the <br />following form: <br />Date <br />Month <br />NOTICE TO REMOVE <br />Day Year <br />By virtue of Section 23.033 of the San Bernardino County Code. <br />YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED TO REMOVE from your <br />property described as or <br />Lot, Block, etc. <br />located at <br />Number Street <br />Post Office <br />taken from the County of San Bernardino Assessor's Records which <br />list the owner as <br />Name <br />of <br />Address Post Office State Zip Code <br />specific mentioned items described as combustible rubbish and <br />If said items are not removed within: <br />❑ ten (10) days <br />❑ twenty-one (21) days, <br />the County Fire Warden or other duly designated officer may order <br />said items removed by public employees, private contractor, or other <br />person, and the cost of said removal shall be levied and assessed against <br />the property as a special assessment lien, or billed directly to the property <br />Owner. <br />
