ENFORCEMENT <br />It is the intent of this section of this Ordinance that <br />it be applied retroactively to all existing uses which <br />violate this section. All such uses shall be removed or <br />screened in accordance with the following amortization <br />schedule: <br />Amount of storage Must be removed or screened <br />in cubic feet from date of notice <br />0 to 1,000 3 months <br />11001 to 3,000 6 months <br />3,001 to 91000 9 months <br />9,000 + 1 year <br />E. VARIANCE <br />The prescribed amount of time may be extended by the <br />Planning Commission after filing for a Major Variance. <br />The time extension may not exceed more than one (1) <br />additional time period of the initial violation. <br />SECTION II <br />The Text Amendment herein above stated is hereby approved. <br />-4- <br />
