CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES <br />1. Screening Required: This Ordinance shall regulate <br />the conduct and operation of all uses in the <br />commercial and industrial zone designations of C-1, <br />C-23 M-1, M-2, and IP along the City of Colton <br />portions of South La Cadena Drive bounded by the <br />Interstate 10 freeway and the Interstate 215 <br />freeway. This Ordinance shall further require that <br />businesses in the above mentioned zones comply with <br />minimum standard for the storage of outdoor <br />materials as set forth in this section. <br />All areas used for outdoor storage of materials, <br />including maintenance equipment, business products, <br />inoperable vehicles, refuse, building materials, <br />and junk areas shall be enclosed or effectively <br />screened from public view by use of a wall, <br />landscaping, berming, or combination thereof. <br />All such screening shall be neatly maintained so as <br />not to be unsightly. <br />2. Height Limitations: The vertical height of stored <br />material may not extend beyond the height of the <br />screen. <br />3. Enforcement: All provisions of this Ordinance <br />shall be enforceable as prescribed in accordance <br />with the City's Zoning Ordinance, Title 18 of the <br />City of Colton Municipal Code. <br />-3- <br />
