Publish a summary of this ordinance in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the <br />County of San Bernardino and circulated in the City of Colton, and <br />post a certified copy of the full text of this ordinance in the <br />office of the City Clerk, at least five (5) days prior to the City <br />Council meeting at which the ordinance is to be adopted; and <br />B. Within fifteen (15) days after the adop- <br />tion of this ordinance, publish a summary of this ordinance in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the <br />County of San Bernardino and circulated in the City of Colton, and <br />post in the office of the City Clerk, a certified copy of the full <br />text of the ordinance as adopted, along with the names of those <br />City Council members voting for and against the ordinance. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May , <br />1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />-2- <br />
