ORDINANCE NUMBER 0-_L-90 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 1602, AS <br />AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE <br />RECLASSIFICATIONS AS REQUESTED IN FILE INDEX <br />NUMBERS -A-1-901 G-1-900 REF. FILE D-18-90 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE <br />The City Council finds and declares: <br />A. That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Colton, on one Zone <br />District Amendment application to amend Section 18.12 of <br />Ordinance 1602, as amended. <br />B. That said proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of <br />certain parcel (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 160-301-02, 03, and <br />25) of land is in accordance with and pursuant to procedures <br />established by Ordinance. <br />C. That said zone reclassification consists of a Zone Change from <br />RE to R-1 to allow for development of 7,200 -square foot lots <br />on 28 acres. <br />D. That said parcels are delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced on the <br />maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />ZONE MAP 5 <br />E. That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission. <br />F. That the following findings have been made by the City <br />Council: <br />-1- <br />
